Part of our Winter/Spring 2011 Program

Promoting Resilience, Creativity and Wisdom in Challenging Times

The Well Foundation presents our Winter/Spring 2011 program: The Well Foundation is exploring the psychological, relational and spiritual dimensions of resilience in the face of the multiple environmental, social and psycho-spiritual crises that confront us today and in the near future.

We explore partnerships with other groups - including Transition Victoria, Sooke Transition Initiative, Transition Salt Spring, and the Pachamama Alliance (Awakening the Dreamer programs) - and we also offer an ongoing Men's Spirituality Circle.

Thursday, March 17th
“CULTIVATING RELATIONAL RESILIENCE USING CONSCIOUS COMMUNICATION”

AN EVENING PRESENTATION with Barbara Wiebe, a group facilitator and NVC practitioner from Calgary.

This presentation will explore how a practice of conscious communication – like the 4-step process described in Dr Marshall Rosenberg’s Nonviolent Communication – helps build resilience and supports the shift in consciousness that is required at this time on Planet Earth.

In this view, this kind of conscious communication not only opens the heart and fosters integrity but also aligns us with the evolutionary impulse and connects us with the sacred.

The evening starts at 7:30 pm and runs until 9:30 pm.

LOCATION: BCGEU (John Shields) Building at 2994, Douglas Street in Victoria (next to Speedy Auto just up from Finlayson).

SUGGESTED DONATION: $10
